I'm gonna skip my personal experience with this song. I'll just keep it tucked in my heart.
A place of peace and safety. A place where the temperature is just right and there is no fear. Just hope, healing, happiness, honesty, a small ocean of tears, and a good laugh once in awhile. ;)

*An honor*
Thank you to my little Kaul for asking me to be at his baptism and speak on the Holy Ghost. It was a special day for all of us. I am so very proud of him.

*Choose the sunshine!*
"Look, in my opinion, the best thing you can do is find a person who loves you for exactly what you are. Good mood, bad mood, ugly, pretty, handsome, what have you, the right person is still going to think the sun shines out your ass."
~ Juno (movie)
I chose this photo I took of Jen and Joe because it fits the quote perfect. They each found the one who loves them for who they are. :)

*Dear Nie Nie*
Dear Nie Nie,
I have watched you and your story from afar for the last 3+ years. I don't even know you but I LOVE YOU! You're a hero to me and are a constant reminder that life can still be beautiful even when we're walking through fiery furnace. Literally or figuratively. THANK YOU for choosing to stay on earth!
Side Note: to those who know nothing of Nie Nie, please take the wonderful opportunity of reading her story on her blog below. I wrote of her somewhere on this blog of mine, just not sure where. Almost 600 posts from me! Woot!

*Smiling*
Kauly-wogs baptism invite. This made me so happy when I got it. I just love him so stinking much!!! When he was about five, he said to his mom, "You know what, mom? I think Aunt Kimmy is sad because I'm not with her. I make her happy!" He was right! That bright smile and pure heart makes me happy! It's also pretty incredible to hear an 8 year old who knows his scriptures more than his aunt does. His favorite present from Christmas was getting his tripple combination! (Bible/Book of Mormon/Doctrine & Covenants. Impressive. It's also amazing to watch his face light up as he talks about how kool it must have been for God to create the earth. I'm in awe of his goodness.

*Soothing your spirit*
I have loved this song since I was little and with Mark Kozelek singing it, it makes it more of a lullaby than it already was to me. Beautiful and soothing.
Isn't it rich?
Are we a pair?
Me here at last on the ground,
You in mid-air.
Send in the clowns.
Isn't it bliss?
Don't you approve?
One who keeps tearing around,
One who can't move.
Where are the clowns?
Send in the clowns.
Just when I'd stopped
Opening doors,
Finally knowing
The one that I wanted was yours,
Making my entrance again
With my usual flair,
Sure of my lines,
No one is there.
Don't you love farce?
My fault, I fear.
I thought that you'd want what I want -
Sorry, my dear.
But where are the clowns?
There ought to be clowns.
Quick, send in the clowns.
What a surprise.
Who could foresee
I'd come to feel about you
What you'd felt about me?
Why only now when i see
That you'd drifted away?
What a surprise.
What a cliché.
Isn't it rich?
Isn't it queer?
Losing my timing this late
In my career?
And where are the clowns?
Quick, send in the clowns.
Don't bother - they're here.

*Sweet November- A tradition and a promise*
Sara: What are you doing?
Nelson: Buying redemption.
Sara: Redemption's not for sale today.
I watch this movie every year in November. Skipped it last year, but not this one. I love it. I've learned that beautiful things can change your life in one simple moment...one simple day...or one simple month. They may not have the ending you hope for but your life can never be the same, never.
