*DANDELIONS*

When I was little, I use to love to go across the street from my house in the neighbors rasberrie fields, sit indian style and watch the Dandeilons. They were never a weed to me, they were just beautiful. The wind would flow through them and then they would fly along with the wind. Or even better was to pick one and blow on it...and watch them fly. I love that memory. Yesterday I took a photo of them and made it into more of a painting look. I think it turned out really pretty.

*SHOPPING OH BLESSED SHOPPING!*

So over the last month, I found out that someone got a hold of my debit card and have been robbing me right under my nose. I hadn't been getting my bank statements although my bank said they had been sending them. Long story short, I just thought I wasn't balancing my funds right because I kept coming up with a couple hundred dollars short. WELL...we found out that over the last 60 days almost 2 grand had been stolen my my tiny bank account! Theives! Why didn't they get Paris Hiltons credit card!? It's not like her and "Tinkerbelle" need another outfit.

So after working with my bank and filling out fraud papers at the police station, I was still left with very little fundage. But thankfully my mom helped me out AND a camera I had sent back (mine is broken) returned the money at just the right time!

So feeling under the weather about this whole deal and a few other things, I decided to do a little online shopping today with my "fundage." (I'll be damned if someone else uses my money!) Which definitely brought a ray of sunshine like it does for most girls. I'm going to share my two favorite things I got. My 60's smimsuit and some kool addias kicks. :)

*Bleu, Henley, and Kaul*

Jen sent me some new photo's of the kids. They are getting so big so fast! Henley is going to be one this summer! I can't believe how stinking cute they are...especially knowing their personalities. Henley's eye's in her picture are amazing! It's like they are liquid blue. They are all adorable and I always miss them. :(

*WE ARE THE HOLLOW MEN*

*THE HOLLOW MEN*

~T.S. Elliot

"We are the hollow men
We are the stuffed men
Leaning together
Headpiece filled with straw. Alas!
Our dried voices, when
We whisper together
Are quiet and meaningless
As wind in dry grass
Or rats' feet over broken glass
In our dry cellar

Shape without form, shade without colour,
Paralysed force, gesture without motion;

Those who have crossed
With direct eyes, to death's other Kingdom
Remember us-if at all-not as lost
Violent souls, but only
As the hollow men
The stuffed men

II
Eyes I dare not meet in dreams
In death's dream kingdom
These do not appear:
There, the eyes are

Sunlight on a broken column
There, is a tree swinging
And voices are
In the wind's singing
More distant and more solemn
Than a fading star.

Let me be no nearer
In death's dream kingdom
Let me also wear
Such deliberate disguises
Rat's coat, crowskin, crossed staves
In a field
Behaving as the wind behaves
No nearer-

Not that final meeting
In the twilight kingdom

III
This is the dead land
This is cactus land
Here the stone images
Are raised, here they receive
The supplication of a dead man's hand
Under the twinkle of a fading star.
Is it like this
In death's other kingdom
Walking alone

At the hour when we are
Trembling with tenderness
Lips that would kiss
Form prayers to broken stone.

IV
The eyes are not here
There are no eyes here
In this valley of dying stars
In this hollow valley
This broken jaw of our lost kingdoms

In this last of meeting places
We grope together and avoid speech
Gathered on this beach of the tumid river

Sightless, unless
The eyes reappear
As the perpetual star
Multifoliate rose
Of death's twilight kingdom
The hope only
Of empty men

V
Here we go round the prickly pear
Prickly pear prickly pear
Here we go round the prickly pear
At five o'clock in the morning.

Between the idea
And the reality
Between the motion
And the act
Falls the Shadow
For Thine is the Kingdom

Between the conception
And the creation
Between the emotion
And the response
Falls the shadow
Life is very long

Between the desire
And the spasm
Between the potency
And the existence
Between the essence
And the descent
Falls the Shadow
For Thine is the Kingdom

For Thine is
Life is
For thine is the

This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
Not with a bang but a whimper."
(A big thank you to my friend, Dustin, for sharing this with me. I don't think I've found anything that describes the darkness to this degree that some inner souls face in this life.)

*KAUL'S BUTTERFLY*

Today my little sister, Jen, sent me an email and this is what it said,

"Yesterday this cute thing happened to Kaul and Bleu. I was in the kitchen and Kaul came running in and said "Mom come out here you've got to see this!!" So I came out and there was this butterfly just hanging out on our lawn. At first I thought he might be hurt, but he wasn't. He climbed up on Kauls shoulder and let him hold him. It was so sweet, it was such a special experience. Kaul said " He must have come to see Kim, but he got lost so he came to say Hi." It was so cute !! It was also cool because that day in preschool they had been learning about butterflies.

Love you, Jen"

This is really special to me because my nephews & nieces know how special Butterflies are to me and that they represent something special in my life. :)
